Furball Rampage the first game made by Twitchy Finger Games and it is an action side-scrolling running game for iOS & Android. What does a side-scrolling running game have to do with action? Well, unlike most running games out there where you just endlessly jump or duck to avoid obstacles, Furball Rampage adds a unique "twist" to the genre by adding an action element into the game. We call this special element, "Kata-Mode".

Our first inspiration for this mode is from playing Katamari Damacy and it is from this where we got the name "kata-mode". For those who played this game, you'll know that as the character collects more and more items, the bigger the ball of items get. You start off small but eventually you'll grow to the size of buildings. We took this concept and applied it to our game.You'll start off with Joe being size of an average hamster, small and insignificant. As you collect more and more items, you'll be able to transform yourself from a small hamster to a giant monster capable of destroying buildings and wreck havoc in the city.

The second part of our inspiration is from the old-school arcade game Rampage. When you activate your "Kata-Mode", you'll turn into a giant monster and have the ability to smash and destroy buildings around you like in Rampage. As the buildings crumbles, you can grab the people that run out from the buildings and eat them. The more people you eat, the more gold you'll "crap out". As you progress through this mode, you'll eventually battle army soldiers, helicopters, jets and even unlock special collectables such as celebrities and sports figures for you to eat when they flee from buildings.

Besides "Kata-Mode" we also have bonus stages and alternative paths you can take that breaks free from the usual one-path unchangeable format of the running game genre. Additional missions for those seeking extra challenge with special rewards for completing them. This unique approach makes Furball Rampage easy to learn and pick up for casual gamers, while at the same time giving it a strategic element for those that want to go beyond casual gaming.
